This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and payment reversals are handled by MindBoxx APAC Pte. Ltd.

By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Nature of Services

MindBoxx APAC provides:

  • Custom software development
  • Website & app development
  • Branding, design, and marketing services
  • AI and digital solutions

All services are customized, resource-intensive, and time-based, and therefore follow a strict refund structure.

2. Non-Refundable Advance Payment

  • All initial/advance payments are strictly non-refundable
  • This is because:
    • Resources are allocated immediately
    • Planning and execution begin upon confirmation

Once a project is initiated, no refund will be issued for the advance under any circumstances

3. Cancellation After Project Start

If a client chooses to:

  • Cancel
  • Pause
  • Withdraw

after the project has started:

  • No refund will be provided
  • Work completed up to that point will be considered billable

In certain cases, a credit note may be issued for future services at the sole discretion of MindBoxx APAC.

4. Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases)

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Services not yet initiated
  • Duplicate or excess payment
  • Billing errors

Approved refunds:

  • May be partial
  • Will deduct administrative, processing, and resource allocation costs

All refund decisions are solely at the discretion of MindBoxx APAC

5. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Project has already started or is in progress
  • Work has been completed or delivered
  • Change of mind after confirmation
  • Client dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences (e.g., design style)
  • Delays caused by client (lack of content, approvals, or communication)
  • Digital products, software, or licenses purchased

Digital and custom services are generally non-refundable once delivered due to their nature

6. Third-Party Services

Any third-party costs including:

  • Hosting
  • Domain names
  • Plugins / APIs
  • Software licenses

are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Subject to third-party provider policies

MindBoxx APAC is not responsible for third-party refund decisions.

7. Project Quality & Disputes

  • All projects undergo structured quality checks before delivery
  • If an issue is found:
    • It must be reported within 7 days of delivery

We will:

  • Review the concern
  • Provide fixes or revisions as per the agreed scope

Refunds will not be issued for issues that can be resolved through revisions.

8. Company-Initiated Cancellation

MindBoxx APAC reserves the right to cancel a project due to:

  • Violation of terms
  • Non-cooperation
  • Payment delays

In such cases:

  • A pro-rated refund may be issued for uncompleted work
  • After deducting completed work and incurred costs

9. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Banks
  • Payment gateways
  • International transfers

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Clients must contact MindBoxx APAC before initiating chargebacks
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
    • Service suspension
    • Legal action if necessary

11. Policy Updates

MindBoxx APAC reserves the right to:

  • Modify this Refund Policy at any time
  • Update terms without prior notice

Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
