- Once confirmed, our team allocates resources, sets timelines, and initiates execution immediately.
2. Scope of Work & Documentation
- All deliverables will strictly follow the agreed scope.
- Any additional features, changes, or upgrades beyond the scope will:
- Be treated as a separate request
- Incur additional cost and timeline adjustments
- Clients are encouraged to:
- Review proposals carefully
- Ensure all requirements are documented before project start
3. Payment Terms
- Payments are milestone-based unless otherwise agreed.
- Standard structure:
- Initial advance (non-refundable)
- Mid-phase milestone(s)
- Final payment before delivery
- Work may be paused if payment milestones are not met on time.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients must:
- Provide:
- Content (text, images, videos, branding assets)
- Credentials (hosting, domain, APIs if applicable)
- Timely approvals and feedback
- Delays caused due to:
- Late responses
- Incomplete inputs
- Change requests

5. Timelines & Delivery
- Estimated timelines are shared at project start.
- Timelines depend on:
- Project complexity
- Client responsiveness
- Revision cycles
- MindBoxx APAC ensures:
- Structured workflow
- Regular updates
- Professional delivery standards
6. Revisions & Feedback
- We provide structured revision rounds during:
- Design phase
- Development phase
- Revisions must:
- Be consolidated
- Be submitted within the agreed timeframe
- Excessive or repeated revisions beyond scope may be chargeable.
7. Quality Assurance
- Every project undergoes:
- UI/UX validation
- Functional testing
- Performance checks
- If any issue arises:
- It must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Our team will review and resolve accordingly
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Initial payments are strictly non-refundable, as resources are allocated immediately.
- If a project is cancelled after initiation:
- No refund will be provided for completed work
- Partial refunds (if applicable) are:
- At company discretion
- Based on unused services
9. Intellectual Property & Ownership
- Final deliverables become the clientโs property only after full payment clearance.
- MindBoxx APAC reserves the right to:
- Showcase completed work in portfolio/marketing
- Any third-party assets:
- Remain subject to their respective licenses
10. Confidentiality
- All client data, business information, and project details are treated as strictly confidential.
- We do not share or disclose information without consent.
11. Support & Maintenance
- Post-delivery support includes:
- Bug fixes (within defined period)
- Basic assistance
- Ongoing maintenance:
- Available under separate support plans
12. Communication Protocol
- Official communication channels:
- WhatsApp / Phone (for quick coordination)
- Clients are encouraged to:
- Maintain a single point of contact
- Ensure clear and documented communication
13. Limitation of Liability
- MindBoxx APAC is not liable for:
- Third-party service failures (hosting, APIs, etc.)
- Client-side misuse or unauthorized changes
- Business losses due to delays outside our control
14. Policy Updates
- These guidelines may be updated periodically.
- Continued engagement implies acceptance of updated terms.
