This Payment Terms policy outlines the rules and conditions governing all payments made to MindBoxx APAC Pte. Ltd. for services, products, and solutions.
By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the terms stated below.
1. Payment Structure
All projects and services follow a milestone-based payment model, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Typical structure includes:
- Advance Payment (Non-Refundable) – Required to initiate the project
- Mid-Project Milestone(s) – Based on progress stages
- Final Payment – Due before final delivery, deployment, or handover
Project work begins only after the initial payment is received.
2. Advance Payment Policy
- The initial payment is strictly non-refundable
- This covers:
- Resource allocation
- Planning and onboarding
- Initial design/development efforts
Once a project starts, cancellation does not entitle a refund due to committed resources.
3. Invoicing & Payment Deadlines
- All invoices must be paid within the specified due date mentioned in the invoice.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in:
- Project delays
- Suspension of services
- Additional administrative charges
Services may be paused or restricted until payments are cleared.
4. Payment Methods
We accept payments through:
- Bank Transfer (Local & International)
- Online Payment Gateways
- Credit / Debit Cards
- Approved Digital Payment Methods
All payments must be made to official accounts provided by MindBoxx APAC.
5. Currency & Taxes
- All payments are processed in SGD (Singapore Dollars) unless otherwise agreed.
- Prices are:
- Exclusive of applicable taxes (GST or others)
- Clients are responsible for:
- Any transaction fees
- International transfer charges
6. Scope Changes & Additional Charges
- Any changes beyond the agreed scope will:
- Require revised quotation
- Be billed separately
- Additional work will only begin after:
- Approval from the client
- Payment (if required)
7. Late Payments
In case of delayed payments:
- MindBoxx APAC reserves the right to:
- Pause ongoing work
- Delay delivery timelines
- Charge late payment fees (if applicable)
Repeated delays may result in project termination without refund.
8. Third-Party Costs
Any third-party services required for a project, including:
- Hosting
- Domain registration
- Plugins / APIs
- Software licenses
are:
- Charged separately
- Non-refundable
- Subject to third-party terms and conditions
9. Subscription & Recurring Services
For ongoing services (such as maintenance, hosting, or SaaS solutions):
- Payments are billed:
- Monthly / Quarterly / Annually
- Payments must be made in advance
Failure to renew may result in:
- Suspension
- Data loss risks
- Service termination
10. Refund Policy (Summary)
- Payments made are generally non-refundable
- Refunds (if any):
- Are at company discretion
- Apply only to unused services
No refunds will be issued for:
- Completed work
- Digital products or licenses
- Change of mind after project initiation
11. Payment Confirmation
- Services are considered confirmed only after:
- Payment is successfully received
- Transaction is verified
Official receipts/invoices will be provided for all transactions.
12. Disputes & Chargebacks
- Clients must contact MindBoxx APAC before initiating any chargeback.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Service suspension
- Legal action if required
13. Modification of Terms
MindBoxx APAC reserves the right to:
- Update payment terms at any time
- Modify pricing or billing structures
Updates will be reflected on the website and will take effect immediately.
